Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to join our quality control team in Margareten, Vienna. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the highest quality standards for our products and processes, from design to final inspection. This role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring quality control procedures, conducting thorough inspections, and collaborating with various departments to drive continuous improvement. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
• Conduct detailed inspections and tests of products at various stages of production to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Identify and document product defects, non-conformities, and deviations, initiating corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to integrate quality requirements into product development and manufacturing processes.
• Analyze quality data, trends, and metrics to identify areas for improvement and report findings to management.
• Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to ISO standards and other relevant industry regulations.
• Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS).

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience as a QA/QC Engineer or similar role in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Strong understanding of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., FMEA, 8D, Lean, Six Sigma).
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation for quality improvement.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other relevant industry quality standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or relevant field).
• Certification in Quality Management (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Engineer).
• Experience with SAP QM module or other relevant ERP systems.
• Prior experience in the electronics, automotive, or industrial automation sectors.
