Are you a proactive and analytical student eager to gain hands-on experience in corporate finance? Raiffeisen Bank International AG is offering an exciting internship opportunity within our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team at our corporate support center in Scheibbs. This role provides a unique chance to work alongside experienced financial professionals, contributing to crucial financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes. You will play a key role in analyzing financial data, supporting strategic decision-making, and gaining invaluable insights into the operations of a leading international bank.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist with the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Conduct variance analysis, identifying key drivers and trends, and present findings to the FP&A team.
• Support the development and maintenance of financial models for various business scenarios.
• Contribute to the generation of regular financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
• Participate in ad-hoc financial projects and analyses as required.
• Collaborate with different departments to gather financial data and understand business needs.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Basic understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Familiarity with financial reporting software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Prior internship experience in a finance-related role is a plus.
• Knowledge of German is beneficial but not required.
