We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as San Marzano Tomato Laborers. This vital role involves assisting with various tasks related to the cultivation, harvesting, and initial processing of San Marzano tomatoes. No prior knowledge of German is required, as we foster an inclusive environment with support for non-German speaking team members. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Perform manual tasks related to tomato plant care, including pruning, tying, and weeding.
• Harvest San Marzano tomatoes carefully by hand, ensuring quality and minimizing damage.
• Sort and grade harvested tomatoes according to size, ripeness, and quality standards.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of harvested produce.
• Operate basic agricultural tools and equipment under supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in designated work areas.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with team members from diverse backgrounds.
