Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic team in Vienna. This role is crucial for designing, implementing, and managing robust hybrid cloud solutions for our enterprise clients. You will be responsible for integrating on-premise infrastructure with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to create seamless, scalable, and secure environments. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in cloud technologies, virtualization, containerization, and automation. Fluency in English is required; no German language skills are necessary for this position.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Design, implement, and manage hybrid cloud solutions leveraging public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools for cloud provisioning, configuration, and operations.
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance across hybrid cloud environments.
• Provide technical expertise and support for cloud-native applications and container orchestration (Kubernetes, OpenShift).
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize infrastructure for efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and operations teams to integrate new technologies and improve existing systems.
• Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and best practices to drive innovation.
• Document technical designs, operational procedures, and incident resolutions.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience with at least one major public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong understanding of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Proficiency in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, ARM Templates).
• Solid networking fundamentals, including VPNs, firewalls, and load balancing.
• Scripting proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator Associate, GCP Professional Cloud Architect).
• Experience with IBM Cloud offerings.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
