Stellenbeschreibung
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Scrum Master / Agile Coach to join our dynamic tech scale-up environment within SAP. In this pivotal role, you will empower multiple development teams to adopt and master Agile principles, methodologies, and practices. You will serve as a facilitator, coach, mentor, and impediment remover, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability. This role is crucial for scaling our Agile adoption and ensuring our teams deliver high-quality products efficiently.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) for one or more Scrum Teams.
- Coach teams on Agile principles, values, and practices, promoting self-organization and cross-functionality.
- Remove impediments that hinder team progress, escalating where necessary.
- Work closely with Product Owners to ensure backlogs are well-groomed, clear, and ready for development.
- Help the team to continuously improve their processes, communication, and collaboration.
- Guide the team in understanding and practicing empiricism.
- Foster a safe environment for experimentation and learning.
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to share best practices and drive broader organizational Agile transformation.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment
- Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
- Proven ability to guide and mentor teams through complex challenges
- Experience with Agile scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale)
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- Advanced Agile certifications (e.g., A-CSM, PSM II, CSPO, ICP-ACC)
- Experience working in a large-scale enterprise or a fast-paced scale-up environment
- Technical background or understanding of software development lifecycle
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile project management tools
- Ability to work effectively with remote and distributed teams
