We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our operations team as a Meal Prep Box Insulator. In this essential role, you will be responsible for ensuring our meal prep boxes are perfectly insulated to maintain freshness during transit to our customers. This position requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. No German language skills are required for this role – we welcome English-speaking applicants!

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Accurately insert insulation materials and ice packs into meal prep boxes according to product specifications.
• Inspect packaging materials for quality and defects, reporting any issues to supervision.
• Work efficiently to meet daily packing targets and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.
• Perform other general warehouse duties as required.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Ability to understand and follow English instructions (written and verbal).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a cool/refrigerated environment for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting up to 15 kg frequently.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

• Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or packing role.
• Experience in the food preparation or delivery industry.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices.
