Stellenbeschreibung
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Leadership Coach to join our Executive Training division. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-impact coaching and training programs for senior executives and high-potential leaders across various industries. You will leverage your deep expertise in leadership development, organizational psychology, and change management to guide individuals and teams toward achieving their strategic objectives and unlocking their full leadership potential. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in executive coaching and facilitation.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Design, develop, and deliver bespoke leadership coaching programs and executive training workshops.
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with senior leaders to enhance their performance, leadership style, and strategic capabilities.
- Facilitate group training sessions on topics such as change management, strategic thinking, team effectiveness, and executive presence.
- Assess client needs, define learning objectives, and tailor content to ensure maximum relevance and impact.
- Provide constructive feedback and actionable insights to coachees and participants.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate coaching and training initiatives with broader organizational development strategies.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in leadership development, adult learning, and executive coaching.
- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback and outcomes.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Proven experience in executive coaching and leadership development
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills
- Ability to build rapport and trust quickly with diverse senior executives
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Certifications from recognized coaching bodies (e.g., ICF, EMCC)
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Experience working with multinational corporations or across various industries
- Additional language proficiency (e.g., German)
- Familiarity with psychometric assessments and 360-degree feedback tools
