We are seeking a highly motivated Hybrid Medical Affairs Specialist to join our dynamic team in Floridsdorf, Vienna. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between clinical research and commercial operations, ensuring that our medical products are understood and utilized effectively by healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong scientific background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for advancing patient care. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of working from both our state-of-the-art office and remotely, allowing for a balanced professional life.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Develop and maintain strong scientific relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals (HCPs) in relevant therapeutic areas.
• Provide scientific and medical support to internal stakeholders, including commercial, market access, and regulatory teams.
• Contribute to the development and review of medical education materials, ensuring scientific accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in medical advisory boards, scientific meetings, and congresses to gather insights and disseminate scientific information.
• Monitor and analyze scientific literature to stay abreast of new developments in the assigned therapeutic areas.
• Respond to unsolicited requests for medical information from HCPs in a fair, balanced, and evidence-based manner.
• Support investigator-initiated trials (IITs) and other medical research activities.
• Collaborate with clinical development teams on study design and interpretation of results.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Ph.D., Pharm.D., or M.D. in a relevant life science field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Deep understanding of clinical research, drug development, and regulatory affairs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to critically evaluate scientific literature and translate complex data into clear insights.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in English; German language skills are a plus.

• Experience in specific therapeutic areas such as Oncology, Immunology, or Neuroscience.
• Previous experience working in a hybrid work model.
