We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Guitar String Winder to join our manufacturing team in Salzburg. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and a passion for quality, even without prior experience in string winding. As a Guitar String Winder, you will be crucial in the precise assembly of high-quality guitar strings for various musical instruments, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of performance and durability. No German language skills are required for this role; proficient English is sufficient.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Operate specialized machinery for winding guitar strings with accuracy and consistency.
• Monitor winding processes to ensure adherence to product specifications and quality standards.
• Perform routine quality checks on raw materials and finished strings, identifying and reporting any defects.
• Handle and prepare various types of core wires and wrap materials according to production orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and troubleshoot issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing facility.
