As a Foodora Rider, you’ll be an essential link between our partner restaurants and hungry customers, ensuring timely and friendly delivery of meals. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Safely and efficiently deliver food orders from restaurants to customers' doorsteps.
- Handle food orders with care, ensuring they arrive in perfect condition.
- Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road.
- Utilize the Foodora rider app for navigating, managing orders, and communicating with support.
- Maintain a clean and functional delivery vehicle (bicycle, scooter, or car).
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Reliable bicycle, scooter, or car and valid driving license/permit if applicable.
- A smartphone with a data plan for using the Foodora rider app.
- Ability to navigate the city efficiently and follow GPS directions.
- Good physical fitness for cycling or moving around.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Austria.
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- Previous experience in food delivery or courier services.
- Familiarity with the streets and areas of Vienna.
- Ability to speak German is a plus.
