Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our remote corporate finance team. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within Austria, with a strong preference for candidates residing in or near Vienna. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting our corporate financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions. You will be responsible for providing insights that drive strategic decision-making, improving financial performance, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data across various business units. This role requires excellent analytical skills, a strong understanding of financial principles, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely in English.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management.
• Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and potential investments.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and provide analytical support.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Assist in ad-hoc financial projects and analyses as required.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar finance role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data visualization).
• Solid understanding of financial statements, corporate finance, and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential for corporate communication.
