Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a visionary and highly experienced Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead our information security strategy and operations in Kufstein. The CISO will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a corporate-wide information security management program to ensure that information assets are adequately protected. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity best practices, risk management, regulatory compliance, and the ability to effectively communicate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization. The ideal candidate will champion a culture of security awareness and resilience, driving continuous improvement in our security posture.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Develop, implement, and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management program.
• Define and maintain corporate security policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures.
• Lead incident response planning and execution, including crisis management and post-incident analysis.
• Oversee the identification, assessment, and prioritization of information security risks, and ensure appropriate mitigation strategies are in place.
• Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001).
• Manage and mentor a team of information security professionals, fostering their growth and expertise.
• Collaborate with IT, legal, compliance, and business units to integrate security requirements into business processes and new technologies.
• Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for all employees.
• Manage relationships with external security vendors and auditors.
• Report on the effectiveness of the security program to senior leadership and the board of directors.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in information security, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (e.g., CISO, Head of Security).
• Proven track record of developing and implementing enterprise-wide information security programs.
• Expert knowledge of information security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT).
• Strong understanding of network security, application security, cloud security, and data protection.
• Experience with risk assessment methodologies and management.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations such as GDPR.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
