As a 3D Artist specializing in Gaming and VFX, you will be responsible for creating stunning 3D assets that bring our game worlds to life. You will work within a highly creative and collaborative team, contributing to all stages of asset production, from conceptualization to implementation. English proficiency is a must for effective team communication.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Create high-quality 3D models and textures for characters, environments, props, and visual effects based on concept art and design specifications.
• Collaborate closely with art directors, game designers, and engineers to ensure artistic vision and technical requirements are met.
• Optimize 3D assets for various platforms and performance budgets without compromising visual fidelity.
• Participate in art reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to continuously improve asset quality.
• Maintain consistency with the project's art style and technical guidelines.
• Stay updated with industry trends and tools to suggest improvements to pipelines and workflows.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software (e.g., Maya, 3ds Max, Blender).
• Strong understanding of PBR workflows and texturing tools (e.g., Substance Painter, ZBrush).
• Excellent modeling, sculpting, and UV mapping skills.
• Solid understanding of real-time asset creation for games or VFX pipelines.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant 3D art skills.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Experience with game engines such as Unreal Engine or Unity.
• Familiarity with Houdini or similar procedural tools.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, MEL) for pipeline automation.
• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
