Novartis is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Psychology Intern to join our remote research team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in psychological research within a leading global pharmaceutical company. The intern will contribute to various research projects focusing on patient behavior, health psychology, and qualitative/quantitative data analysis. This role is 100% remote, offering flexibility and the chance to collaborate with a diverse team across different locations. We are looking for an intern with a strong academic background in psychology and a keen interest in applying psychological principles to real-world health challenges.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Conduct literature reviews on specified psychological topics related to health and patient behavior.
• Assist in the design and implementation of research studies (e.g., surveys, interviews).
• Collect, organize, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
• Prepare summaries, reports, and presentations of research findings.
• Support the research team in administrative tasks related to project management.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions.
• Ensure all research activities comply with ethical guidelines and company policies.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Strong theoretical knowledge of psychological research methods and statistics.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Enrolled in a Master's or PhD program in Psychology, Health Psychology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, SAS).
• Experience with qualitative data analysis software (e.g., NVivo, ATLAS.ti).
• Previous experience in remote work environments.
• Basic understanding of pharmaceutical industry or healthcare research.
