We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Virtual Moderator to join our global team, focusing on our English-speaking online forums and communities. This 100% remote role involves ensuring a positive and respectful environment for users, upholding community guidelines, and facilitating constructive dialogue. The ideal candidate will have excellent judgment, strong written communication skills, and a passion for online community building.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Monitor user-generated content across various online forums and discussion boards to ensure compliance with community guidelines and terms of service.
- Proactively identify and address inappropriate content, spam, harassment, or other violations.
- Respond to user inquiries and reports in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner.
- Facilitate positive interactions, encourage healthy discussions, and foster a welcoming community atmosphere.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues or trends, providing clear and concise reports.
- Stay informed about platform updates, community guideline changes, and best practices in online moderation.

- Native-level proficiency in written English, with excellent grammar and spelling.
- Strong understanding of online community dynamics and user behavior.
