Are you looking for a fulfilling outdoor role where your hands-on work directly contributes to nurturing nature? We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Tree Nursery Workers to join our team in Meppen, Germany. No prior knowledge of the German language is required – we provide a supportive and diverse environment where everyone can thrive. This full-time, on-site position involves a variety of tasks essential to the growth and care of our extensive plant collections. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Planting, potting, and repotting trees and shrubs according to horticultural standards.
• Weeding and maintaining plant beds to ensure optimal growth conditions.
• Watering plants and ensuring optimal hydration levels for various species.
• Assisting with pruning, shaping, and general plant care tasks.
• Preparing plants for shipment and careful packaging.
• Operating basic nursery equipment such as watering hoses and hand tools.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Following all safety procedures and company guidelines to ensure a safe workplace.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a team.
• No German language proficiency required; basic English or a willingness to learn is a plus for team communication.

• Previous experience in a nursery, agriculture, or landscaping setting.
• Basic knowledge of plants and horticultural practices.
• Valid driver's license (Class B or equivalent).
