We are seeking enthusiastic and diligent Seasonal Sunflower Field Helpers to assist with the crucial harvesting period in Münster. This role involves working outdoors in our vibrant sunflower fields, contributing directly to the efficient and successful collection of our seasonal crops. You will be an integral part of a team dedicated to agricultural excellence, performing various manual tasks to ensure a bountiful harvest. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in nature and are looking for a temporary, hands-on role.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Perform manual harvesting of sunflowers, following established guidelines and quality standards.
• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of harvesting equipment and tools.
• Help with sorting, packaging, and loading harvested sunflowers for transport.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and operational procedures in the field.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily harvesting targets.
• Report any issues with crops, equipment, or safety concerns to the team leader.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area within the fields and designated zones.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions (sun, light rain).
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
