Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Solar Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Klagenfurt. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of solar photovoltaic (PV) projects, from initial concept and feasibility studies through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to Austria’s energy transition and work with a leading international engineering firm.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Manage all phases of solar PV projects, including planning, design, execution, and close-out.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with internal engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
• Liaise with external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues proactively.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
• Oversee contract management and financial performance of projects.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and execution.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience in managing solar PV projects from concept to completion.
• Strong understanding of solar PV technology, system design, and construction methods.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP or other recognized project management certification.
• Experience with Austrian construction regulations and permitting processes.
• Familiarity with grid connection requirements in Austria.
• Knowledge of energy storage solutions (battery storage).
