Stellenbeschreibung
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Remote Scrum Master with strong Agile Coaching capabilities to join our dynamic and distributed team. This role is crucial for fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and self-organization within our engineering and product teams. You will be instrumental in guiding our teams through complex projects, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles, and coaching them towards greater agility and efficiency. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within Switzerland.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) effectively for remote teams.
- Coach development teams and product owners on Agile principles and Scrum framework.
- Remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing, self-organizing teams.
- Promote continuous improvement and inspect-and-adapt cycles within the team and across the organization.
- Guide the team in establishing and tracking relevant Agile metrics.
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to improve Agile practices across the company.
- Support the Product Owner in managing and refining the product backlog.
- Champion Agile best practices, innovation, and a culture of transparency.
- Ensure the team is delivering value efficiently and predictably.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I)
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment
- Proven experience with agile coaching techniques and principles
- Strong understanding of Scrum and other Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban)
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams
- Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- Advanced Scrum Master certification (e.g., PSM II, A-CSM)
- Certified Agile Coach (e.g., ICP-ACC, CSC)
- Experience in financial services or highly regulated industries
- Familiarity with scaling Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Nexus)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
