We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Remote HR Generalist to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a vibrant start-up environment, supporting our diverse workforce across various HR functions. As a Remote HR Generalist, you will be crucial in ensuring a seamless employee experience, from onboarding to offboarding, while maintaining compliance and fostering a positive company culture. This position is 100% remote and requires fluency in English. You will be instrumental in supporting our English-speaking employees and potentially expanding into new markets.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
• Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and programs in line with company goals and labor laws.
• Assist in the development and execution of HR initiatives focused on employee engagement, performance management, and talent development.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and ensure data integrity within our HRIS (Personio).
• Collaborate with managers and employees to resolve workplace issues and promote a positive work environment.
• Participate in HR projects aimed at improving processes and systems.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role (3+ years).
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems; experience with Personio is a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience working in a remote-first or startup environment.
• Familiarity with German labor law or other European labor laws.
• Additional language skills (e.g., German, Spanish, French).
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
