We are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as a Recycling Plant Sorter at our state-of-the-art facility in Bottrop. This is an excellent opportunity for steady employment in a crucial role that contributes directly to a sustainable future. As a Recycling Plant Sorter, you will be responsible for the manual separation and sorting of various recyclable materials, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards. This role is fundamental to our operations and requires a keen eye for detail, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to teamwork and safety.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Manually sort a wide range of recyclable materials, including plastics, paper, cardboard, glass, and metals, on a moving conveyor belt.
• Identify and remove contaminants and non-conforming materials to ensure the purity of sorted products.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift, adhering to all housekeeping standards.
• Comply strictly with all company safety regulations and operational procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily sorting targets and operational goals.
• Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues to the immediate supervisor.
• Assist with general plant clean-up tasks as required to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
