Stellenbeschreibung
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Real Estate Photographer to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is crucial for creating stunning visual content that effectively captures the essence and allure of our luxury properties across the St. Gallen and Zurich Lake regions. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for composition, lighting, and an understanding of architectural photography, producing high-resolution images and potentially video tours that meet our stringent brand standards. You will work closely with real estate agents and marketing professionals to ensure every property is presented in its best light.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Conduct on-site photo shoots of luxury residential and commercial properties using professional-grade equipment.
- Edit and retouch photographs to enhance property features and ensure brand consistency, delivering final images promptly.
- Produce high-quality virtual tours, drone photography, and video walkthroughs as needed.
- Collaborate with real estate agents to understand specific property selling points and client preferences.
- Manage scheduling and logistics for multiple photo shoots across the region.
- Maintain and organize a digital library of all photographic assets.
- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies in real estate photography and visual marketing.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Proficiency in professional DSLR/mirrorless cameras and lenses.
- Expertise in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop for photo editing.
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and interior/exterior photography techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- Bachelor's degree in Photography, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Experience with drone photography and videography (Part 107 certification a plus).
- Familiarity with Matterport or other 3D tour software.
- Portfolio demonstrating a strong focus on real estate or architectural photography.
- Fluent in German and English.
