Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a talented and experienced Podcast Producer (English) to join our dynamic and innovative team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while collaborating with our global content network. You will be responsible for the end-to-end production of high-quality English-language podcasts, from conceptualization and script development to audio editing, mixing, and final distribution. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for storytelling through audio, excellent organizational skills, and a proven track record in podcast production.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Lead the entire production lifecycle of multiple English-language podcast series.
• Develop compelling podcast concepts, narratives, and episode outlines.
• Manage all aspects of pre-production, including guest research, booking, and interview preparation.
• Oversee recording sessions, providing direction to hosts and guests.
• Perform professional audio editing, mixing, and mastering to ensure high sound quality.
• Write engaging show notes, episode descriptions, and promotional copy.
• Coordinate with marketing and content teams for podcast launch and promotion strategies.
• Manage distribution to various podcast platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, etc.).
• Monitor podcast performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in podcasting.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proficiency in English (native or near-native level) for content creation.
• 3+ years of professional experience in podcast production or audio journalism.
• Expertise in audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, Logic Pro X).
• Strong storytelling and scriptwriting abilities.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Familiarity with podcast distribution platforms and best practices.
