Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team as Pea Field Laborers for the upcoming summer harvest season in Krems an der Donau. This temporary position offers a fantastic opportunity to work outdoors, gain valuable experience in agricultural practices, and contribute directly to the food supply chain. Ideal candidates will be reliable, physically fit, and able to work effectively in a team environment. No prior experience is required, as on-the-job training will be provided.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Carefully harvest peas by hand or using specialized tools, following quality guidelines.
• Sort and inspect harvested peas to remove any debris or substandard produce.
• Assist with packaging and loading harvested peas for transport.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the field and work areas.
• Operate basic agricultural equipment under supervision, if required.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions (sun, heat, occasional rain).
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Punctuality and good attendance record.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in agricultural labor or outdoor manual work is a plus.
