Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order sheets.
• Pack items securely into appropriate containers for shipping, ensuring product integrity.
• Label packages correctly with shipping information and tracking details.
• Perform quality checks on picked items and packed orders to minimize errors.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks or hand trucks (training provided).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• No prior experience in order picking or packing required (full training provided).
• Ability to read and understand order forms and shipping labels.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
• Physical ability to lift and move packages (up to 15 kg) repeatedly.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Reliable and punctual work ethic.
• Team-oriented attitude.

• Experience in a warehouse or production environment (not required, but a plus).
