We are seeking highly motivated and passionate Online English Teachers to join our global remote team. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality English language instruction to students of all ages and proficiency levels through our state-of-the-art online platform. As an Online English Teacher, you will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive virtual classroom experiences, guiding students through structured lessons, and fostering a supportive learning environment. This role is 100% remote, offering flexibility and the chance to connect with learners from around the world.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Deliver engaging and effective online English lessons to individuals and small groups using our proprietary platform.
- Plan and prepare lessons according to established curriculum guidelines and student needs.
- Provide constructive feedback on student progress, pronunciation, and grammar.
- Assess student performance and track their development over time.
- Maintain a professional and positive online classroom environment.
- Adhere to scheduled teaching hours and be punctual for all lessons.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions as required.
- Ensure a stable internet connection and a quiet, professional teaching space.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Native English speaker or equivalent proficiency (C2 level).
- TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent internationally recognized English teaching certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with technology and able to navigate online teaching platforms.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Access to a reliable computer, stable internet connection, and quality headset with microphone.
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Education, Linguistics, English preferred).
- 1 year of prior experience teaching English online or in a classroom setting.
- Experience with diverse age groups and proficiency levels.
- Familiarity with CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) standards.
