We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Meal Prep Box Insulator to join our packaging team in Le Locle. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our meal kits remain perfectly chilled and fresh from our facility to our customers‘ doorsteps. You will prepare and insert various insulation materials and cooling elements into our meal boxes, playing a crucial part in maintaining the quality and safety of our food products. If you are detail-oriented, reliable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply. No prior German language skills are required for this position; English is sufficient for communication within our diverse team.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Accurately prepare and insert insulation liners and ice packs into meal prep boxes according to strict guidelines.
• Inspect insulation materials for quality and integrity before use.
• Work efficiently on a production line to meet daily packaging targets.
• Ensure proper placement and sealing of all cooling elements to maintain optimal temperature control.
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report any discrepancies or issues with materials or packaging to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality output.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Basic English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to lift and move up to 15 kg.
