Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Frankfurt am Main. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with a portfolio of SAP’s most strategic global clients. You will act as the primary point of contact, understanding their complex business needs, aligning them with SAP’s innovative solutions, and driving significant revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in global account management, excellent communication skills in English, and a deep understanding of enterprise software sales.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and build long-term relationships with global key accounts.
  • Serve as the trusted advisor to senior executives within client organizations, understanding their business challenges and strategic objectives.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities, driving the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Coordinate and leverage internal resources, including pre-sales, professional services, and product teams, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Provide regular forecasts and pipeline updates, ensuring accuracy and transparency in sales reporting.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic planning and product development.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and effective issue resolution.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Key Account Management or global enterprise sales within the software industry.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing complex client relationships with global companies.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory for engaging with global clients.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales methodology.
  • Strategic thinking with a proven ability to understand and articulate complex business value propositions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with SAP products and solutions (e.g., ERP, CRM, Analytics, Cloud platforms).
  • Understanding of specific industry sectors relevant to SAP's client base.
  • Additional language proficiency (e.g., German, French, Spanish) is a plus.
