Are you looking for an opportunity to work outdoors and contribute to the growth of fresh produce? We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Jalapeno Farm Laborers to join our team in Ohlsdorf. This is a full-time position that requires physical stamina and a willingness to learn. No prior experience is necessary, and you don’t need to speak German – we value your commitment and hard work. You will play a crucial role in cultivating and harvesting high-quality jalapeno peppers for the market. We offer a supportive work environment and on-the-job training.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Planting and cultivating jalapeno crops according to established guidelines.
• Watering, fertilizing, and weeding plants to ensure optimal growth.
• Monitoring plant health and identifying any signs of pests or diseases.
• Harvesting jalapeno peppers at the appropriate stage of ripeness.
• Assisting with sorting, cleaning, and packaging harvested produce.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of farm areas and equipment.
• Operating basic farm machinery and tools safely after training.
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations on the farm.
