We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Project Manager to join our international corporate team in Sursee, Switzerland. In this role, you will be responsible for leading complex IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with our global strategic objectives and are delivered on time and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors across various geographies, driving innovation and operational excellence in our IT landscape. This is a critical role for an individual who thrives in a dynamic, multinational environment and is passionate about leveraging technology to achieve business success.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and managing project risks and issues.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and changes.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service delivery to ensure quality and compliance.
• Implement change management processes to facilitate smooth adoption of new systems and technologies.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and identify lessons learned to improve future project performance.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT project management within a corporate or multinational environment.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with enterprise-level ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and service management processes.
• Proficiency in German or French is a plus.
