Are you a budding journalist with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail? We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Journalism/Reporting Interns to join our dynamic news team in Sion. This internship offers an invaluable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced media environment, working alongside experienced professionals. You will contribute to various aspects of news production, from research and interviewing to writing and digital content creation. • Conduct thorough research on assigned topics and current events.
• Assist senior reporters with interviews, fact-checking, and data gathering.
• Draft articles, reports, and social media content under editorial guidance.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new story ideas and angles.
• Support the editorial team in managing content for digital platforms.
• Attend press conferences, community events, and court proceedings as required.
• Learn and adhere to journalistic ethics and company style guidelines.
• Collaborate with photographers and videographers for multimedia content.
• Proofread and edit copy for accuracy, clarity, and grammatical correctness.
