We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Experience Intern to join our vibrant team in Vienna. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

  • Provide outstanding customer support to English-speaking users through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently and empathetically.
  • Assist with booking modifications, cancellations, and provide comprehensive information about Booking.com services and policies.
  • Gather and document customer feedback to identify trends and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, such as product, operations, and technical support, to resolve complex customer cases.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new features, policies, and industry trends.
  • Contribute to a positive and welcoming customer journey for all users.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, demonstrating clarity, conciseness, and empathy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.

  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree program in Hospitality, Business Administration, Communications, Tourism, or a related field.

  • Familiarity with online travel platforms or e-commerce environments.
  • Experience with CRM software or customer support tools.
