We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hybrid Lean Manufacturing Expert to join our Operations team in Hof, Germany. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, implementing Lean principles, and optimizing manufacturing processes across our facilities. You will identify areas for waste reduction, efficiency gains, and quality enhancement, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. This hybrid position offers flexibility, blending on-site engagement with remote work, allowing you to make a significant impact on our operational excellence.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Lead and facilitate Lean manufacturing initiatives, including Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Standard Work, and SMED.
• Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce waste, improve productivity, and enhance product quality.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to drive operational excellence.
• Provide training and coaching to employees at all levels on Lean methodologies and tools.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Lean initiatives.
• Ensure consistent application of Lean principles and best practices across various production lines.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving within the operations.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen, Kanban, JIT).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab, statistical software).
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and operational management.
• Experience in project management and change management.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience in the industrial automation or electronics manufacturing sector.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and digital manufacturing solutions.
• German language proficiency (B2 level or higher) is a plus.
