Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist in the creation of visual content for various marketing and communication channels, including digital, print, and social media.
• Support the design and layout of presentations, reports, brochures, and other corporate materials.
• Ensure all designs adhere to BASF's brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and other internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver compelling designs.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to design concepts.
• Learn and apply industry-standard design software and tools effectively.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and creative abilities
• Excellent visual communication and layout skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field
• Basic understanding of web design principles (HTML/CSS) or UI/UX design
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Familiarity with German language is a plus, but not required
