Join our team as a Farm Hand for General Agricultural Labor in Rapperswil-Jona. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to vital agricultural operations, supporting the daily functions of a productive farm. You will be involved in a variety of tasks essential to crop cultivation, animal care, and general farm maintenance, working closely with experienced farm managers and a dedicated team. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn, reliable, and possesses a strong work ethic, contributing to the success of our sustainable farming practices.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting various crops.
• Perform general maintenance tasks for farm equipment and machinery.
• Participate in daily animal care routines, including feeding, watering, and monitoring animal health (if applicable).
• Operate and maintain tractors and other farm machinery safely and efficiently.
• Carry out minor repairs and general upkeep of farm buildings and fences.
• Prepare fields for planting, including tilling, fertilizing, and soil management.
• Support irrigation systems management and weed control efforts.
• Handle and store agricultural products properly, ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.

• Physical fitness and stamina for demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
