Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Neumünster. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office and industrial facilities, maintaining a comfortable and productive environment for all employees. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for facility-related inquiries and will manage a variety of operational tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication in English, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. You will work closely with various departments and external service providers to deliver high-quality facility services.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of facilities maintenance, including repairs, cleaning, and security for an English-speaking office environment.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring service level agreements are met and contracts are cost-effective.
  • Respond promptly to facility-related requests from employees, addressing issues such as equipment malfunctions, office supplies, and environmental concerns.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
  • Assist with space planning and office reconfigurations, coordinating moves and furniture installations.
  • Maintain accurate records of facility assets, maintenance schedules, and service agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
  • Support the procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services, managing inventory levels.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of facility management policies and procedures.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Proven experience in facilities management or office administration
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Problem-solving aptitude and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional certification in facilities management (e.g., FMP, CFM)
  • Experience with facilities management software (CAFM)
  • Basic technical understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
  • Proficiency in German is a plus, but not required
