Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a motivated and physically fit Crop Planting Laborer to join our agricultural team in Feldbach, Styria. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals eager to learn about crop cultivation and contribute to the success of our farming operations. The primary focus of this role will be on various tasks related to the planting, maintenance, and harvesting of crops. Fluency in English is required to facilitate clear communication within our diverse team and to follow instructions effectively. No prior experience is necessary, as on-the-job training will be provided.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Prepare soil beds for planting, including tilling, fertilizing, and creating furrows.
• Plant seeds or seedlings by hand or using basic farm equipment under supervision.
• Assist with irrigation tasks, ensuring crops receive adequate water.
• Perform weeding, thinning, and pest control activities to maintain crop health.
• Support harvesting operations by picking, sorting, and packaging crops.
• Operate and maintain basic farm tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines for agricultural practices.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members in English regarding daily tasks and progress.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
