We are seeking a dedicated and physically fit Broccoli Farm Laborer to join our team in Pfäffikon SZ. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals eager to work outdoors, contribute to the cultivation of high-quality broccoli, and become an integral part of our farming operations. The successful candidate will perform various manual tasks essential for the growth, harvesting, and packaging of broccoli, ensuring our standards of excellence are met. English speaking ability is required to facilitate clear communication within our diverse team.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Perform manual tasks related to broccoli cultivation, including planting, weeding, thinning, and pest control.
• Assist with the harvesting of broccoli by hand, ensuring quality standards and efficient collection.
• Operate basic farm machinery and tools under supervision, such as irrigation equipment and small tractors.
• Participate in the post-harvest process, including sorting, cleaning, and packing broccoli for distribution.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of farm fields, equipment, and work areas.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors in English.
• Adhere to Fenaco's sustainable farming practices and quality control standards.
