We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Boat Builder / Shipwright to join our esteemed team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a passion for marine craftsmanship to contribute to the construction and restoration of our luxury wooden boats. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of marine construction techniques, both traditional and modern, and will be meticulous in their work, ensuring the highest standards of quality and precision. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Construct and assemble boat hulls, decks, and interiors according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Perform skilled woodworking, including joinery, laminating, and finishing of various marine-grade woods.
• Conduct repairs and restorations on existing wooden and composite boat structures.
• Install marine systems and components, ensuring proper fit and function.
• Interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and work orders accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with design engineers, other builders, and project managers to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections at various stages of the building process.

• Proficiency in traditional and modern boat building techniques.
• Extensive experience with woodworking tools, machinery, and joinery.
