We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Spinach Harvesters – Farm Hands for the upcoming growing season in Montreux. This is a crucial role responsible for the manual harvesting, preparation, and general care of our spinach crops and other farm duties. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Manually harvest spinach efficiently and carefully, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Assist with planting, weeding, watering, and other crop maintenance tasks.
• Operate basic farm machinery and tools safely, after appropriate training.
• Sort, clean, and pack harvested produce according to company guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of farm fields, equipment, and work areas.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production targets.
• Report any crop issues, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns promptly.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic communication skills in English or French.
