We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic UX/UI Design Intern to join our innovative design team in Osnabrück. This internship is an incredible opportunity for aspiring designers to gain practical experience, build a robust portfolio, and contribute to meaningful projects. You will work alongside experienced designers, researchers, and engineers, learning best practices in user experience and user interface design. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist in user research activities, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Contribute to the creation of wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
• Design and refine user interfaces for various platforms (web, mobile, or embedded systems).
• Participate in design critiques and collaborative brainstorming sessions.
• Help prepare and present design concepts and findings to cross-functional teams.
• Support the maintenance and evolution of design systems and style guides.
• Document design decisions and specifications for development teams.
• Actively seek feedback and iterate on designs based on user testing and team input.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Foundational understanding of UX/UI design principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Basic understanding of user-centered design processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio (even if academic or personal projects) demonstrating design thinking and visual design skills.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
