Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Support the sales operations team in daily tasks and ongoing projects.
- Assist with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation to track sales performance and identify trends.
- Help optimize sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness across B2B sales cycles.
- Prepare comprehensive presentations and materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support the development of robust sales strategies.
- Collaborate effectively with various departments, including sales, marketing, and IT, to ensure smooth operational alignment.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and sales data, ensuring data integrity.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a closely related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint (presentation creation).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and German (B2 level or higher).
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Demonstrated interest in B2B sales processes, sales operations, and business optimization.

- Previous experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP CRM) is a distinct advantage.
