We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hybrid Employer Branding Lead to join our HR Department in Meidling, Vienna. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and executing Siemens Austria’s employer branding strategy, both locally and in alignment with global guidelines. You will craft compelling narratives and campaigns that attract top talent, enhance our reputation as a preferred employer, and foster a strong sense of belonging among our current employees. This position requires a strategic thinker with a creative mindset and strong project management skills, capable of working across various platforms and collaborating with diverse internal and external stakeholders. You will be instrumental in shaping how the world perceives Siemens as a workplace of choice.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Develop and implement a comprehensive employer branding strategy for Siemens Austria, aligning with business objectives and global brand guidelines.
- Manage and optimize our online presence across career websites, social media channels, and employer review platforms.
- Create engaging content (e.g., videos, testimonials, articles, infographics) that showcases our culture, values, and career opportunities.
- Plan and execute recruitment marketing campaigns to attract target talent segments for key roles and talent pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Marketing, and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency and maximum impact.
- Organize and represent Siemens Austria at career fairs, university events, and industry conferences.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives, using data to inform future strategies.
- Identify and leverage new trends and technologies in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
- Foster an internal culture that promotes employee advocacy and enhances our employer brand from within.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners as needed.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Proven experience (5+ years) in employer branding, talent acquisition marketing, or a related HR/marketing role.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing employer branding strategies and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.

- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience working in a large, international organization or a technology-driven industry.
- Proficiency with employer branding tools and analytics platforms.
- Experience in video production or graphic design is a plus.
