We are urgently seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to join our specialty coffee shop team in Graz. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to Starbucks standards and customer preferences.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
• Engage with customers in a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional manner, taking orders and handling transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including beverage preparation areas, customer seating, and restrooms.
• Manage inventory, restock supplies, and assist with ordering when necessary.
• Educate customers on different coffee beans, roasts, and brewing methods.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
