We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented English Speaking Content Reviewer to join our remote team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content across various platforms to ensure compliance with our community guidelines, terms of service, and legal requirements. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility while contributing to a safer and more positive online environment. Your keen eye for detail and strong understanding of policy will be essential in maintaining content integrity and user trust.

• Review and moderate user-submitted content (text, images, video) for adherence to established community guidelines and policies.
• Make accurate and consistent moderation decisions based on provided training and regularly updated guidelines.
• Identify and escalate complex or ambiguous content issues to specialized teams when necessary.
• Maintain a high level of productivity and quality in content review outputs.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on policy changes and evolving content trends.
• Provide feedback on policy clarity and tool effectiveness to improve the content moderation process.
