Join BayWa AG as a Sage Field Laborer and contribute to our agricultural operations. We are looking for motivated individuals to assist with the cultivation, maintenance, and harvesting of sage and other aromatic plants. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Perform manual tasks related to sage cultivation, including planting, weeding, pruning, and harvesting.
• Assist with soil preparation and fertilization activities.
• Operate and maintain basic hand tools and light agricultural machinery.
• Monitor plant health and report any signs of disease or pests.
• Follow strict safety protocols and company guidelines for field work.
• Contribute to general field maintenance and cleanliness.
• Work effectively as part of a team in various weather conditions.

• Physical stamina and ability to perform demanding manual labor for extended periods.
