Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking dedicated and physically fit individuals to join our team as San Marzano Tomato Laborers. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and contributing to the production of high-quality agricultural products. No prior German language skills are required, as our on-site team provides instructions and supervision in English and other common languages. You will be an integral part of our tomato cultivation and harvesting process, ensuring the careful handling and quality of our produce.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Perform manual tasks related to the planting, cultivation, and harvesting of San Marzano tomatoes.
• Carefully pick and collect ripe tomatoes, ensuring minimal damage and optimal quality.
• Assist with sorting, grading, and packing tomatoes according to specified standards.
• Prepare fields for planting, including soil preparation and irrigation setup.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area within the fields and packing facilities.
• Operate basic farm equipment under supervision, if required and trained.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and quality control guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily production targets.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting (up to 20kg), and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Team-oriented attitude.
• Basic understanding of English or other common international languages for communication.

• Previous experience in agriculture, farming, or a similar manual labor role.
